The Land of the Three So here I am in Sydney Australia...Ay, The destination I planned to visit when I concived this little Jaunt. It took me about 30 hours to get here from Moorea in French polynesia, because I had to sleep in the Airport....again! in order to catch the Early morning flight.

So anyway here I am and my first impression is that i like the place allthough I have made the following observations.

1) Flies here like to do a few laps before landing on your face?
2) You have to wait about 10 minutes to cross a road after pressing the crossing button.
3) There seem to be more Brits here than Aussies
4) Every one seems happy - much unlike London.
5) It's not like it is on Neighbors or Home and Away.

I am pretty chuffed at being able to put toilet paper down the toilet again now!...let me explain, In South America, the Sewers cannot cope with toilet paper, and any attempt to flush even one solitary sheet down the toilet will reslt in blockage and flooding. You are provided with a bin in order to dispose of toilet paper, and let me tell you it is not something that comes naturally. So upon arrival in Australia, I made for the first toilet, placed the end of the toilet roll in the toilet, and flushed rolling away the toilet roll as it took up the slack, whilst shouting wooohooo!!!! to the amusement of the other ocupants.

I think I went to far, becase it ended in blockage, but hell, it's not my country anyway.

I am staying in A Hostel at the moment allthough i think I will move, because the Guy in the bunk below me has set his Alarm for 6am, wakes up at 6am, to put in snooze, and then every 20 minutes subsequently ( I left at 10) he woke up to put it on snooze again. At present I am wondering if I will still be able to hear it If I stuff it up his ass? At leat he wont neet to get out of his bunk to put it on snooze that way.

So anyway check out the latest batch of photos from Tahiti and Easter Island here Ay:

Oh and if your coming here, watch the Airport, there is some flooding.
